April has been busy, but we also got a week off! It sounds like mostly everyone had a wonderful spring break this year! We were glad to get all of our students back healthy and happy. | Gratitude and thoughtfulness are some of the many things that make teaching worthwhile! For example, this shirt certainly gave us warm, happy feelings. What a sweet gesture! |
We also did some fun art projects like these self portrait window clings. (Click on the image to enlarge.) And, we reviewed the units and material we learned throughout the year. We used Khan Academy, held class discussions, took practice tests, worked on a Science Illustrated Dictionary, and played Jeopardy and the "Wild West" game to review.

We had the opportunity to go to the Utah Cultural Celebration Center to see Shakespeare in the Schools' production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Afterwards we got our own private tour of the artwork and building. It was interesting to compare and contrast our play (Much Ado About Nothing) with another of the Bard's comedies. Thankyou!
